  Would love to give 0 or less! Hard sales and completely wrongly advised me! I asked for PCP and I’ve actually been sold a finance agreement that isn’t secured against the car with a guaranteed value at the end, but a loan that has a balloon rate at the end and could potentially leave me with debt. Yes I’ve signed it, but I trusted that I was given what I asked for. When I pulled the dealership up on it, I was basically fobbed off!! Baring in mind I would’ve bought a 3rd car from here and being treated like dirt, I am more than just disappointed and will be seeking legal advice in regards to being missold a finance agreement. I wouldn’t have even questioned it, if it wasn’t for the fact that my negative equity is going up instead of down. I offered the dealership to sort this out with me, before seeking legal advice and basically got laughed at! Very poor customer service!!!!

  Bought a car today. Service was excellent. Took the car out on a really long test drive, which was helpful. Wasn't pressured into buying the car and would like to thank the team for their help. Would recommend.
