  I found this pharmacy beyond doubt the worst I have ever used: I was publicly cross-examined by no less than two assistants about my medical condition, made to cool my heels for a good twenty minutes while they secretly checked up on me, systematically lied to while this was going on, and generally treated with utter contempt by everyone I had dealings with. And all this over a bog standard prescription for a course of antibiotics. Lest anyone reading this should think I was just having a bad day, I had plenty of time while waiting to see how other customers fared. Not very well, I can assure you: there was just a constant stream of mutterings and complaints about standard medications being out of stock and general rudeness/unhelpfulness. Everyone working in this pharmacy needs an urgent course in customer care. Even so, I will never have any further dealings with a company whose professional standards are so low that it believes lying to a customer is acceptable practice.
