Found everything I needed in a short space of time. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I like the way this particular M and S store flows, easy to navigate, good signage and plenty of room between the merchandise.

good selection of clothing, with helpful and friendly staff who always care about your sparks card offers. not very cramped, and spacious with lots of room to move about - not cramped like primark. cafe is clean and hygenic. have a food section downstairs as well, which has many supermarket brand foods. quite a large store with variety. however, clothing selection is for... 'mature' people.
