  Customer service shocking, 9 months ago I notified them that they had sold me 2 different coloured lampshades, they promised to rectify, they didn't, Im stuck with 2 shades 1 x brown and 1 x black, they are now refusing to do anything yet they admitted their error. They also lie a lot and say that i purchased these 3 years ago which is absolutely untrue so do not believe their response below this review. They also could not provide receipts for my other purchased items, I had spent a total of £3,000 with this company and this is how they treat you I sent many chasing emails, they never respond, they brought me 2 further lamps that were different sizes, they then said they lost my emails, they also said the company who supplied the lampshades went bankrupt, lots of excuses and then finally they decided to do nothing and suggested I take them to court. Management and all staff are extremely unhelpful, Jayne and Owner gave appalling service, I wouldn't ever recommend this Company. My sister recently said she had enquired here for an item of furniture, I quickly told her of my experience and thankfully she shopped elsewhere. You can purchase same items cheaper from other retail outlets, Do not use this company complete liars.

  We furnished our new house partly with furniture purchased from Harrogate Interiors. We bought several pieces over a period of two years. On each and every occasion the service and advice provided was excellent, as were the prices (they matched or exceeded the best we could find elsewhere). Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. In short they were excellent, and we would have no hesitation using them again, or recommending them to others.
