  A pleasurable experience! I bought an engagement ring from them. I had a short deadline and originally spoke with Mrs Bradley who was very accommodating. I then went in store to meet Helen who discussed budgets and options with me. I had direct contact with Michael, the designer of the ring, to discuss customisation options, he offered really good advice and actually resulted in me spending slightly less, but giving me the option to make any changes afterwards if I wished. Having never proposed before, they were very helpful regarding getting ring sizes, on their advice, I presented the ring before being sized. They were very discrete, posting valuations to my work address and leaving messages for me that would not give the game away. A couple days after the big date, I even got a text off Michael asking how it went. Subsequently, we've been to have the ring sized and Michael was very passionate about doing this himself. I learned about these guys from a recommendation from a colleague of mine and I'm glad I did. I'd highly recommend Bradleys/Michael Isaac and they'll be our first call for our wedding rings. She said yes :)
