  Very poor customer service. There has been a catalogue of errors as I have tried to buy a jacket from Blacks. The online order went wrong and on phoning I was told there was no point re-ordering as the wrong item would probably just be sent again so go into the store. I then went into Blacks Harrogate and they ordered it from within the store for me. I have now been sent the wrong thing 3 times. It took me sending an email to the CEO of their parent company "JD Sports Plc" for me to even get a response and still I have not received a call back I have been promised, a jacket or a refund. Do not order anything from this company. They have told me they have "warehouse problems". I can tell you they have "website problems" and apparently they also have customer service problems.
